We have already been missing all of our Bees, but are still working to help support their IB and Specials education at Birney. As we head into our regularly scheduled Spring Break, there are many questions about when school will resume and what that will look like. The San Diego Unified School District has launched a resource website to update the community and provide parents with educational support and resources during school site closures. FOABE is working on our plans to retain our amazing specials teachers and continue the specials curriculum, integrated into learning at Birney, in whatever form that takes after Spring Break. This is obviously a major concern for our community and we will provide updates when we can.
