What an incredible day we had last Thursday during our 8th Annual Big Give. We brought in over $22,036 from 162 individual donors in a 12-hour period. We are so grateful for our community’s generous outpouring of support. On top of that we received $5,500 in donations from our local business sponsors, bringing our total to $27,536! These funds go directly towards our IB program here at Birney.
If you would like to be a part of the conversation as we discuss expenditure of these and all raised funds throughout the school year, please join the Friends of Alice Birney Elementary board on the first Thursday of each month or the general assembly of parents at our next Parent Organization meeting on January 24th at 6pm in the Birney Auditorium.
