This month the 4th graders take a journey back through California history to the mid-1800’s during the time of the Gold Rush. As a complement to all our students are learning in the classroom, Ms. Moore brings this rich history to life through the Art program’s unit in Musical Theater!
As you can see in these photos, the kids are rehearsing the musical number “One Pan Away” from Gold Dust or Bust. What a fabulous way to teach California history and immerse our kids in the performing arts all at once!
